Cycle created a steady place for practitioners to exchange experience, examine difficult technical questions and learn through serious conversation rather than passive presentation.
A learning rhythm
The format was intentionally recurring: each session could stand on its own while the sequence built shared language, trust and increasingly rigorous inquiry.
